J&R are one of the best online stores you can deal with. They have a brick and morter bussiness in New York, New York that has been around for 100 or so years. I think this makes them a lot more responsible than most of the web only electronics stores. Customer service is 2nd to none. I got an external sound card for my laptop for $8 delivered. Every deal that I have had with them was great.
